According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 3,951,366 people in Texas who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 13.56% of the total population of Texas. Harris County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (895,151), followed by Dallas County (477,660), and Bexar County (308,330). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Loving County (1), King County (7), and Borden County (11).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Bailey County had the highest percentage, with 29.59% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Frio County (27.31%), and Schleicher County (27.13%).
