According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 220,120 people in Utah who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 6.73% of the total population of Utah. Salt Lake County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (110,890), followed by Utah County (36,178), and Weber County (21,943). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Daggett County (2), Piute County (21), and Rich County (35).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Salt Lake County had the highest percentage, with 9.36% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Millard County (8.65%), and Beaver County (8.46%).
