According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 1,144,984 people in Illinois who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 8.94% of the total population of Illinois. Cook County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (546,552), followed by DuPage County (82,658), and Lake County (76,390). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Edwards County (146), Scott County (151), and Pope County (164).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Kane County had the highest percentage, with 12.92% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Kendall County (11.67%), and Boone County (11.38%).
