According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 280,507 people in Kansas who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 9.55% of the total population of Kansas. Sedgwick County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (57,662), followed by Johnson County (53,066), and Wyandotte County (25,283). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Hodgeman County (81), Wallace County (86), and Comanche County (90).
