According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 244,840 people in Kentucky who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 5.43% of the total population of Kentucky. Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (57,174), followed by Fayette County (22,850), and Kenton County (10,498). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Robertson County (62), Wolfe County (108), and Owsley County (113).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Hardin County had the highest percentage, with 8.49% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Shelby County (7.42%), and Jefferson County (7.30%).
