According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 110,732 people in Mississippi who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 3.74% of the total population of Mississippi. Harrison County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (15,459), followed by Jackson County (9,656), and DeSoto County (9,310). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Issaquena County (31), Sharkey County (102), and Quitman County (116).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Harrison County had the highest percentage, with 7.41% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Jackson County (6.74%), and Hancock County (6.39%).
