According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 422,246 people in New Mexico who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 19.94% of the total population of New Mexico. Bernalillo County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (141,999), followed by Doña Ana County (60,097), and Santa Fe County (34,095). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Harding County (172), De Baca County (188), and Catron County (360).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Mora County had the highest percentage, with 31.56% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Guadalupe County (30.48%), and San Miguel County (29.71%).
