According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 681,372 people in Ohio who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 5.78% of the total population of Ohio. Franklin County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (93,099), followed by Cuyahoga County (74,668), and Hamilton County (47,653). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Noble County (332), Monroe County (355), and Vinton County (431).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Lorain County had the highest percentage, with 8.31% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Lucas County (7.46%), and Sandusky County (7.38%).
