Multnomah County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (88,414), followed by Washington County (70,506), and Marion County (42,557). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Wheeler County (120), Gilliam County (145), and Sherman County (156).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Hood River County had the highest percentage, with 15.47% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Morrow County (13.72%), and Marion County (12.30%).
