Minnehaha County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (11,662), followed by Pennington County (8,591), and Lincoln County (2,915). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Jerauld County (50), Hyde County (50), and Faulk County (50).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Jones County had the highest percentage, with 9.27% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Pennington County (7.87%), and Bennett County (7.66%).
