According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 412,898 people in Tennessee who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 5.98% of the total population of Tennessee. Davidson County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (53,775), followed by Shelby County (45,719), and Knox County (31,144). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Pickett County (99), Clay County (176), and Hancock County (181).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Montgomery County had the highest percentage, with 10.22% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Rutherford County (7.91%), and Bradley County (7.52%).
