According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 3,220,452 people in Alabama who identified their race as White Alone, which is 64.10% of the total population of Alabama. Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (329,590), followed by Madison County (242,510), and Mobile County (229,550). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Greene County (1,301), Bullock County (2,320), and Perry County (2,359).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Winston County had the highest percentage, with 92.44% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Cleburne County (91.78%), and Cherokee County (90.93%).
