According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 597,763 people in Delaware who identified their race as White Alone, which is 60.38% of the total population of Delaware. New Castle County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (314,231), followed by Sussex County (175,847), and Kent County (107,685). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Kent County (107,685), Sussex County (175,847), and New Castle County (314,231).
