According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 3,711,254 people in Kentucky who identified their race as White Alone, which is 82.37% of the total population of Kentucky. Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (499,868), followed by Fayette County (220,236), and Kenton County (143,992). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Robertson County (2,112), Hickman County (3,902), and Owsley County (3,905).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Magoffin County had the highest percentage, with 97.62% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Wolfe County (97.27%), and Knott County (97.26%).
