Minnesota White Alone Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 4,423,146 people in Minnesota who identified their race as White Alone, which is 77.51% of the total population of Minnesota. Hennepin County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (855,122), followed by Dakota County (330,482), and Ramsey County (328,949). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Mahnomen County (2,303), Traverse County (2,870), and Lake of the Woods County (3,512).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Lincoln County had the highest percentage, with 95.85% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Fillmore County (95.53%), and Pope County (95.53%).
