According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 1,538,052 people in Nebraska who identified their race as White Alone, which is 78.41% of the total population of Nebraska. Douglas County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (398,426), followed by Lancaster County (258,438), and Sarpy County (152,525). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: McPherson County (378), Blaine County (397), and Arthur County (400).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Garfield County had the highest percentage, with 96.97% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Rock County (96.91%), and Pawnee County (96.74%).
