According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 2,514,885 people in Oklahoma who identified their race as White Alone, which is 63.52% of the total population of Oklahoma. Oklahoma County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (437,129), followed by Tulsa County (390,702), and Cleveland County (203,615). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Harmon County (1,742), Cimarron County (1,801), and Harper County (2,488).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Grant County had the highest percentage, with 88.77% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Ellis County (87.20%), and Roger Mills County (85.56%).
