Virginia White Alone Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 5,208,856 people in Virginia who identified their race as White Alone, which is 60.35% of the total population of Virginia. Fairfax County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (569,013), followed by Virginia Beach city (278,956), and Loudoun County (225,974). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Emporia city (1,544), Highland County (2,135), and Franklin city (3,008).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Dickenson County had the highest percentage, with 97.20% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Russell County (96.33%), and Highland County (95.65%).
