According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 5,130,920 people in Washington who identified their race as White Alone, which is 66.59% of the total population of Washington. King County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (1,273,054), followed by Pierce County (595,446), and Snohomish County (546,855). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Garfield County (2,098), Columbia County (3,442), and Wahkiakum County (3,884).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Garfield County had the highest percentage, with 91.78% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Lincoln County (89.22%), and Asotin County (89.11%).
