According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Ohio counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K population in Ohio, Lorain city had the highest percentage of its population that identified as Hispanic - White Alone (8.28%), followed by Fremont city (6.38%), and Defiance city (5.50%).
