According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for New Mexico counties, in April 2020, among all the cities and places with over 10K population in New Mexico, Los Alamos CDP had the highest percentage of its population that identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (67.79%), followed by Alamogordo city (52.25%), and Rio Rancho city (46.30%).
