According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Tennessee, Nashville-Davidson metropolitan government (balance) had the highest voting-age population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (34.46K), followed by Memphis city (24.39K), and Knoxville city (4.61K).
