According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Pennsylvania with over 10K population, Reading city had the highest percentange of a city or place population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (68.96%), followed by Hazleton city (63.07%), and Allentown city (54.22%).
