According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in New Hampshire with over 10K voting-age population, Claremont city had the highest percentange of a city or place voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (98.22%), followed by Laconia city (97.87%), and Rochester city (97.56%).
