According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Arizona counties, in April 2020, among all of Arizona's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Nogales city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Two Or More Races (43.01%), followed by Somerton city (41.23%), and Rio Rico CDP (34.28%).
