According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Nebraska counties, in April 2020, among all of Nebraska's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Lexington city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (36.76%), followed by South Sioux City city (24.54%), and Grand Island city (17.33%).
