According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Nevada counties, in April 2020, among all of Nevada's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Elko city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3.51%), followed by Sun Valley CDP (2.50%), and Carson City (2.49%).
