According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Connecticut's cities and places, Bridgeport city had the highest number of voting-age population who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (26.25K), followed by Hartford city (22.92K), and Waterbury city (15.90K).
