According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Iowa's cities and places, Des Moines city had the highest number of voting-age population who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (9.22K), followed by Sioux City city (5.18K), and Marshalltown city (2.46K).
