According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Georgia counties, in April 2020, among all of Georgia's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, St. Simons CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as White Alone (92.77%), followed by Wilmington Island CDP (88.46%), and Holly Springs city (78.83%).
