According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Hawaii counties, in April 2020, among all of Hawaii's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Hilo CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone (14.02%), followed by Kapolei CDP (13.71%), and Wahiawa CDP (13.10%).
