According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Kentucky counties, in April 2020, among all of Kentucky's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Mount Washington city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as White Alone (94.05%), followed by Fort Thomas city (92.67%), and Ashland city (91.99%).
