According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Maine counties, in April 2020, among all of Maine's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Westbrook city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Asian Alone (3.48%), followed by South Portland city (3.26%), and Portland city (3.18%).
