According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Montana counties, in April 2020, among all of Montana's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Great Falls city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (1.20%), followed by Billings city (0.88%), and Missoula city (0.74%).
