According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Nevada counties, in April 2020, among all of Nevada's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Elko city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3.61%), followed by Sun Valley CDP (2.67%), and Carson City (2.39%).
