According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Nevada counties, in April 2020, among all of Nevada's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Sunrise Manor CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (29.09%), followed by Sun Valley CDP (25.89%), and Winchester CDP (25.12%).
