According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for North Dakota counties, in April 2020, among all of North Dakota's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Jamestown city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as White Alone (90.80%), followed by West Fargo city (88.24%), and Mandan city (87.84%).
