According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Oregon counties, in April 2020, among all of Oregon's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Woodburn city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (29.41%), followed by Hayesville CDP (22.91%), and Hermiston city (20.94%).
