According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Pennsylvania counties, in April 2020, among all of Pennsylvania's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Reading city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Two Or More Races (17.24%), followed by Hazleton city (16.97%), and Allentown city (13.90%).
