According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Rhode Island counties, in April 2020, among all of Rhode Island's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Westerly CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as White Alone (89.40%), followed by Warwick city (87.78%), and Newport city (79.94%).
