According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for West Virginia counties, in April 2020, among all of West Virginia's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Parkersburg city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as White Alone (92.46%), followed by Teays Valley CDP (91.58%), and Weirton city (91.19%).
