According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Delaware counties, New Castle County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (507.20K), followed by Sussex County (210.59K), and Kent County (167.87K).
