According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Delaware counties, New Castle County had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (407.52K), followed by Sussex County (177.27K), and Kent County (130.84K).
