According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Hawaii counties, Honolulu County had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (747.27K), followed by Hawaii County (144.34K), and Maui County (118.44K).
