According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (3.19M), followed by DuPage County (626.67K), and Will County (439.65K).
