According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Minnesota counties, Hennepin County had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (943.40K), followed by Ramsey County (397.54K), and Dakota County (309.84K).
