According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Oregon counties, Multnomah County had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (594.31K), followed by Washington County (393.47K), and Clackamas County (304.50K).
