According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia County had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (1.11M), followed by Allegheny County (996.05K), and Montgomery County (638.37K).
