According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all of Utah counties, Salt Lake County had the highest voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (721.41K), followed by Utah County (387.76K), and Davis County (222.23K).
