According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Arizona counties, in April 2020, among all Arizona counties, Apache County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (71.21%), followed by Navajo County (44.46%), and Coconino County (24.97%).
